FAQS

• Your Caricature artwork order is paid in full, in advance.
Mailing is included and artwork will arrive, ready for framing in about 10 days.

• Caricatures are understood to be an entertaining interpretation
drawn in my caricature style and are guaranteed to look like the provided photos or full refund!

• Detailed additions, such as backgrounds, specific locations, specific additional objects, animals, vehicles and complex cartoon gags require extra time and added fees.

• For high-end commission work and illustration services, pricing does not include revisions. Revision Rights can be purchased if you want to approve or request changes to a pencil sketch before final artwork is rendered.

studio or retail art and must be additionally purchased.
Even though you are buying an original artwork, you are not buying the right to reproduce it.

STUDIO CARICATURES & QUICK SKETCHES AT FAIRS-
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Quick Entertaining Sketches at live events and live video meetings

At Live Events, Fairs, Festivals and markets, you are buying
a "5 minutes per face" QUICK SKETCH. It's all about the fun
and not having to stand in line too long!

Everything is set up for my "on-the-spot" drawing action.
How quickly can the artist draw you? Will it look like you?
It takes a pro to draw quickly in a tent with a line of folks waiting their turn. Its a good deal and a great souvenir!

Caricatures Drawn from Photos in a Studio:

Studio Caricatures are awesome!
You can commission an artist to draw a Caricature in their Studio
from photos you have supplied. There will be time spent
communicating with you about your project via phone, email
or text. The artist will download & prepare your photos to use
as reference & will be proficient using a variety of software
and social media.

The artist takes time working on your Caricature to get it perfect.
Working from photos is very different from drawing folks live.
Its actually more challenging in many ways! Several photos
might be used to get a good likeness.

I might start with a pencil sketch, and work my way to
the finished drawing over a few days. A commissioned artwork
takes some time. Unlike a live event, the artist is not in
"quick sketch mode" and the studio area might not always be
set-up & ready to do a 5 minute sketch, as it is in retail events.
So, the artist is also preparing the work area to do your portrait.

In addition, your art is packed up for mailing and taken to a post office.
